The service

Polli answers your business's forwarded calls with an AI assistant, captures lead details, optionally books appointments through your connected tools, and sends you summaries. The service is provided for business use by the account holder.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the configuration you give your assistant (services, prices, hours), for complying with call-recording laws applicable to your business (Polli's recording disclosure is on by default), and for the conduct of your account users.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly with a per-minute charge for usage above your plan's included minutes, at the rate shown on your plan. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Service limits

Polli is an answering assistant, not an emergency service — calls to your number should never replace 911. While we target high availability, we don't guarantee every call will be answered, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
